State of the Site

Welcome to COVID POLICY TRACKER.NZ. This website is meant to chart all major policies enacted by the New Zealand government in response to the 2020 COVID-19 epidemic. The creation of this website has been motivated by our remorse that a similar resource is unavailable for an earlier disaster event: the Canterbury Earthquakes. We hope that researchers seeking to understand the scale and timing of the government's response to COVID-19 will have a repository of resources to give context to their COVID-19 related findings.

While we will try to be timely about updating the timeline and sources, the website will be under continual development. We rely upon user tips to keep the site up-to-date. Please use the "GET IN TOUCH" link at the top of the page to tell us of anything we are missing, or can improve upon.
